Hello Folks: Something VERY interesting happened to me while placing a Political Campaign Sign within the city limits of Oviedo. The location where the Racist incident was directed against me was in the vicinity of Highways 426 & 436; it is close to the warehouse across the street from the Oviedo Fire station.
While placing my Campaign sign, a black male, about 6'2" tall, about 50 years old with some gray hair who was wearing a red shirt and duffle bag shouted out to me at about 20 feet away from me the following disgusting and despicable phrase: "You white mother f---er... you don't represent me.... you white mother f---er, you do not represent me...." I decided it was best to ignore this piece of manure and not respond. Had I responded it may have escalated this incident further, and given the fact that I am ALWAYS armed, I might have lost it with this piece of manure and done something I might regret for the rest of my life. What I decided to do was eventually report this incident of Racial Harassment to the Oviedo police department. I filed a formal report with an Officer Nelson Genao and reported it as a Racial Harassment incident. The Case Number of this formal report is 200640019612. It awaits to be seen whether the Oviedo Police will do anything with this or investigate further. It is INTERESTING that racism's source is color blind. Most of the public focuses on the white male directing his racism and prejudices at others. But here is an incident I have seen with my own eyes involving racist and disgusting comments from an older black male towards a white, hispanic male. This is an EYE OPENER!
