I'm not sure how we'd go about "distancing ourselves from" any
organization. The Boston Tea Party has one, and only one, criterion of
membership: Certification of support for our platform.

We don't ask what other organizations our members belong to. When one
RLCer popped up as a member agitating for, of all things, support for
Joe Lieberman, he got a pretty chilly reception, though.
