The article pretty much looks to me as if he is defending Big Government
giveaway programs.  Even so far as to say that most low wage immigrants will
take out more in future Social Security than they pay.  Forgetting of
course, that EVERYBODY pays less than they hope to get back.  That is the
main selling point of this pyramid scheme.

Indeed, if Social Security is going to be saved, like any pyramid scheme, it
must have more suckers paying into it each year.

Which brings up the question, why can't "think tank libertarians" come up
with an argument against immigration that doesn't defend the state?
