Good point Steven.  But if you read the articly thoroughly, you would 
have seen that the lady from Los Angeles had to ask 6 (!!!) different 
cabbies before she could get a ride.  

Now put yourself in her shoes.  You're tired, jetlagged, grumpy after 
a 6 hour flight.  All you want to do is get home.

Do you really want a hassle from cabbies at the airport denying to 
take you home?  

I thought Libertarians were anti-hassle.  I thought we Libertarians 
wanted to have a hassle free society.
