Only two congressmen voted against the SAFE Ports Act, which included
the Internet gambling ban.  Jeff Flake was one of them.

Jeff Flake is one of 3 small-L libertarians in Congress right now.  He
ran the Goldwater Institute, a libertarian think tank, before being
elected to Congress.
