There is a federal statute requiring the heads of all non-profit organizations to make their annual personal incomes public. So far Billy Graham and his son, Franklin Graham, have refused to do so. They probably correctly feel that the Bush justice dept would not dare to hound them. The non-profit Franklin Graham heads provides him with a multi-engined jet and pilots on stand-by. Garry Baldy
