Either they are lying, or they are just stupid. I don't believe Bush or Rove is
stupid. However, if Kerry should apologize for botching part of a speech, Bush
should apologize for this:

"The ambassador and the general were briefing me on the — the vast majority
of Iraqis want to live in a peaceful, free world. And we will find these people
and we will bring them to justice." —George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., Oct. 27,
2003

  or this:

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop
thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
--Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

  or this:

"For every fatal shooting, there were roughly three nonfatal shootings. And,
folks, this is unacceptable in America. It's just unacceptable. And we're going
to do something about it." May 2001

  or this:

"You know, when I campaigned here in 2000, I said, I want to be a war
President. No President wants to be a war President, but I am one."—Des Moines,
Iowa, Oct. 26, 2006

I'm sure the list goes on. Now, we can assume Bush is not a stupid man - he
just makes mistakes. Lots of them. He botches the script but we all know what
he meant. Should we give him the benefit of the doubt? Why not Kerry?

I'm not fan of John Kerry, but pure political crap coming from the White
House is unpresidential. As for the rest of the neocon pundits, they just make
political hay while the sun shines. I hope it backfires on them - for they
really are treating the American people as stupid and incapable of even the
slightest comprehension.

military serving in Iraq is defending America and all of them are
violating their oath.
