To be a citizen of the Republic of Georgia, one doesn't even need to live within the physical boundaries of the Republic of Georgia, North America. All members shall be elected from the Provisional Government Convention so called. Subsequent vacancies shall be filled by the body of the General Council. Article 5 Powers of the General Council Section 1. The following positions, in order of chain of command, shall comprise the General Council: President, Vice-President, Secretary of Council, Advocate General, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Interior, Treasurer, Auditor.
