I never said I would feel "safer", that never crossed my mind. I 
doubt another terrorist attack will have anywhere near an airplane or 
an airport ever again, but even Canada took a look through my parents 
car and asked a few questions when we visited there years ago.

We make people legally become citizens, what is wrong with proving 
who you are, even though we all know how easy it is to get a fake ID.

I dont carry any ID around with me, but I know if I was to visit 
another country I would need a passport. 

Nothing invading my privacy there.
