I really don't follow hysterical conspiracy theories. There is never any evidence given for what some entity is purported to be planning.
And this one is no different. Other than the Eisenhower, being the oldest of the carriers and recently taken out of mothballs, being in the area is certainly not evidence of a Zionist plot. These carriers are merely protecting the Carter Doctrine. IF there was a sinister plot, there would be obvious clues. Obvious military build ups.
