And a Libertarian Party candidate has a chance of winning?

C'mon.  

I did list Rudy, cause he has some libertarian appeal.  And he has 
an excellent shot of winning.  

There are a couple of others on the List that while longshots, could 
conceivably win the nomination and the Presidency.
