Well, there you go. I don't know how Boortz asked the question, but a 
proper wording of a question about his position on medical marijuana 
might have been: "Do you think that any government has, or should 
have, the authority to prohibit access to marijuana to those medically 
afflicted who derive some benefit from its use?"

Seems to me that every "interview" that I have seen reported tip-toes 
around the real question - which is (or should be): "Do you support or 
oppose the authority of any government to use force against 
individuals who do not initiate force against other individuals?"
