It was on Fox News
website.
I think this is a good idea and when he loses the REpublican
nomination I hope he contiues to run as an Independent for the
GEneral election. Because of his stand on immigration I don't think
he is right to run on the LP ticket, so far I think Kubby is the best
choice for
that
Of course neither will be president we will have some one like
McCain, Romney, Hillary Clinton or Obama as president but with both
Paul and Kubby running they can help throw the spotlight on promarket
issues and
candiates.
I would also like to see the Greens run a strong runner to
take votes away from the Democrat nominee, I would like to see who
ever wins get less than 40% of the popular vote and maybe tie with
the electoral vote throwing the decesion for picking the President to
the House Of Representives. If that happens I would like to see more
pro market anti empire Republicans and Democratics taking House seats
in 2009, plus hundreds of Libertarians taking local and county
office and circuit judge office in
2009.

They may do this without any judicial or legislative oversight. You
have no recourse nor protection save to call for the impeachment of
the current President.
