pretty goof, plus libertarians and other ani drug war people need to
get it that sometimes drugs do cause harm and sellers do sometimes
agress against others but we don't need federal or state legislation or
regulation to take care of that, we have basic common law against such
agrssion including fraud, there was legisltion on the books before
against fraud and other agressions, so the prosecutor can present his
case and prove the fraud or agression and in some cases child abuse.
