I would certainly have more (some?!) respect for Ted Turner if he had billed the city of Boston for lost revenue as a result of their violent, illegal termination of the advertising campaign. It's kinda like charging the family of the guy in Jacksonville or the woman in Atlanta reimbursement for the cost of the operations which resulted to their murder.
