The article actually indicated great sympathy for the Blacks who are suffering under Black governments in South Africa and Zimbabwe. It was taken from the Wall Street Journal. http://www.opinionjournal.com/extra/?id=110006066 Are you seriously maintaining that the Wall Street Journal is a White racialist publication? They take a much gentler perspective of the collapse of South Africa than other sources which I could list. If anything they are much too optimistic about the current government and the rule of law there, as crime statistics clearly indicate. Also, why is failure of governments an inappropriate subject for a libertarian site?
