I am the producer of a weekly libertarian public-access political talk show called Hardfire (http://www.Hardfire.net), produced in Brooklyn, NY, and currently being aired on six public-access outlets around New York State. Many editions of Hardfire are posted on Google Video and YouTube. You can see them by going to http://Video.Google.com and searching on Hardfire.
If you would like to air Hardfire on your local public-access channel, I will supply you with program tapes to submit at no charge. The public-access channels require that the sponsor of a program (you) be a resident of the channel's service area. I will mail you tapes to submit and I ask that you mail the tapes back to me after the programs contained on them have been aired. Usually, a public-access station will accept for submission four or five tapes at one time. I can mail you four tapes to submit, and then several weeks later I will mail you four more. When you bring in the second batch of four, pick up the first batch of four tapes and mail them to me. And so on several weeks later. Your first step is to contact your public-access station and apply for a time slot for a weekly series. There will be some technical questions on the application that you will not be able to answer. Let me know and I will give you the answers. If the station requires one or more "pilot" editions to be submitted with the application, let me know and I will provide them. When you have your day and time assigned, let me know and I will start sending you tapes.
