*58% Say Competitive Third Party Good for USA*

Fifty-eight percent (58%) of American adults say it would be good for 
the United States to have a truly competitive third political party. A 
Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that just 23% disagree 
while 19% are not sure. Responses vary significantly by age---65% of 
those under 40 believe a third party would be good for the nation. Just 
43% of those over 65 agree.
