Capital Metro spend a lot of taxpayers money on a pamplet to inform taxpayers how they have been so productive consumers of thier money. The Creative Bookeeping over inflates ridership by using figures as passenger boardings. A passenger boarding is when a person boards a transit vehicle. Due to a route system that does not provide direct transportation to popular destinations, a passenger must board several busses to complete a one way trip. One local radio station invited Capital Metro to provide a represenative for an on air interview. They have so far declined.
