For those of you that do not know, Terry Liberty Parker is the founder and owner of this Yahoo group. About six weeks ago he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, and he was told that he has less than two years to live. The tumor has also affected his speech capabilities, making it difficult for him to converse with others.
Through his activism, Terry has had a positive influence on literally thousands of people throughout his lifetime, and many are proud to call Terry their friend. To show their appreciation, Austin's award-winning "The Trailer Park Show" decided to stage a live, on-air get-together of Terry's friends and to celebrate his life. Most of the show consists of Terry's friends telling humorous stories about him, Terry himself calls in, and an old clip of Terry giving a television interview in 1995 is shown. Toward the end of the show you also get to see me debate the host of the show, Jimmy Ritter, on the issue of immigration, which provokes an angry caller. If you don't know Terry Liberty Parker, this "Roast and Toast" will give you an idea of what he is like. If you do know Terry then this will be a trip down memory lane. The link to download the one-hour show is below (100 MB). It's very funny and worth the download. http://txliberty.dyndns.org/inetpub/wwwroot/webfiles/TPS070917.wmv ---Sasan ---Moderator
