Henry, Interesting definition. I kinda like it, but what in the word "capitalism" denotes "nonconsensual regulation/control by a third party"? Or is it just because it does not have the word "free" in front of it? Is this new definition being taken up by anyone other than you?
+++++++++++++++++++++++ (((as i see it: a free market exchange (what exists between, say, you and me) is distinct and different from a capitalistic exchange (what exists between you and me as regulated by a third party with 'authority') ))) (((if someone or something else interposes itself in the private exchange of services and goods between you and me, and does so based on a contract (the constitution, for example) that i never agreed to, then our free market exchange is adulterated, downgraded, to an act of capitalism)))
