Henry,

Interesting definition. I kinda like it, but what in the word
"capitalism" denotes "nonconsensual regulation/control by a third
party"? Or is it just because it does not have the word "free" in
front of it? Is this new definition being taken up by anyone
other than you?

(((as i see it: a free market exchange (what exists between, say,
you
and me) is distinct and different from a capitalistic exchange
(what
exists between you and me as regulated by a third party with
'authority') )))

(((if someone or something else interposes itself in the private
exchange of services and goods between you and me, and does so
based
on a contract (the constitution, for example) that i never agreed
to,
then our free market exchange is adulterated, downgraded, to an
act of
capitalism)))
