here is another example where your tax money from both State of Texas and Federal Government taxes is used to engage in an activity that is wasteful and is where government does not belong. These public/private 'partnerships' are a clever disguise to spend our money. Employer Taxes are TAXES on your earnings that are calculated before an employer determines compensation levels or additional jobs. This is a tax on jobs. Further, it creates the concept that everyone can just run to the government for every problem.
