This is an example of a Welfare Program that has been marketed towards the Middle Class. The problem of high housing prices is Caused by Government Regualtions, TAXES,fees ,etc. Now the Leglisature provides a sollution which is just MORE Government to administer the program as well as the resaulting taxes to pay for government which is never free. MANY Texas familys who would be too ashamed to seek ohter government handouts are suddenly 'biting' for this one. Further, Real Estste Agents as well as Contractors besides lending insitutions will also gain extra business from the expansion of government. (that is not a good idea ) David
