Even IF our current military is constitutional, its actions are not. Families are also constitutional, but mafia families are criminal enterprises.
The main basis for my opinion that the US military is a criminal enterprise: iraq war & many past wars; fraud, unconstitutional, illegal, initiating aggression, torture, war crimes, etc. ------------------------ You start your argument by self-proclaiming the US military is a criminal enterprise. While you are free to question the morality of the military and its acts, the US military is a constitutionally authorized legal entity. On what basis do you declare the military a criminal enterprise? If you can convince me it is criminal, then I'm OK with local government prohibiting known criminal enterprises from renting.
