I'm also a constitutionalist-libertarian; the two are not mutually exclusive. The Constitution Party errs on the religious test clause as required by the final sentence of Article 6. Their theocratic aspect makes their current organization incompatible for me. However, I do believe the CP & LP have a *huge* amount of overlap . abortion issue & theocracy notwithstanding.
