Every sale recorded by Federal government.
Criminal penaties for moving without informing an Attorney General within 60
days.
No grandfathered firearms.
If you do not obtain a license and report every firearm you currently own, you
are a criminal.
License fee and a fees for 'services' at purchase.
Licenses required to be renewed every 5 years.
