We are still waiting for our first $20 donation. In order to grow as a party,
we need to support candidates willing to put their necks out to promote the
libertarian philosophy. I have been watching the libertarian party over the
last few years shrink in activists and donors. In order to turn this around, we
as individuals need to step up our efforts by either running for office, give
time for a libertarian candidate, or give money to a libertarian candidate. If
not, the libertarian party will collapse just like our economy.

Fellow Defenders of Liberty, I am asking for your help in the best
campaign effort yet in the run for Franklin Perez, Libertarian candidate, for
Florida state house of representatives district 33. We are asking everyone who
reads this e-mail to donate $20 to his campaign. We are recruiting volunteers
at an unprecedented level to walk the entire district and we are asking for
donations to put out mailers right before election day to put our message out
one final time before election day. We have started his campaign very early to
insure he will qualify while setting up the campaign to be fully up and running
by january 2010. We have a few hundred signs so far and will have over a
thousand during campaigning. He is running as a libertarian branded candidate.
Please write your check to "Franklin Perez Campaign Account" with your name,
address, and occupation because of campaign finance laws. I will leave his
address below. $20 dollars is a cheap price to pay for liberty.
