Soo, thusly, 1/2 of the population has a sub-average IQ, and 1/2 is above average. Watch The-House on Fox News, and you can pick out the Dems, just by looking at them. You can tell which people are Dems all day. The above and below 100 is the reason. Where do you think Most Democrats are situated on this scale, as compared to Republicans and Libertarians???
