I just received the message below from Rand Paul that he will be announcing on
the Rachel Maddow show on Thursday night! Woo hoo!

We will make a stencil for signs...we know what to do folks. The Presidential
Election was like boot camp...time to put our training to use!

I heard a video of Rand speaking in Paducah and it was really windy, hard to
hear, but it sounded like he was talking about another one, coming up. He said
he is going to announce on Thursday or Friday this week.

Does this mean we can start making signs?!

I think Scott is offering to set up another breakfast for Rand.  He'll need to
get out even more when he announces his exploratory committee.  A breakfast at
Perkins would be a good idea.  Rand will need to be in every county possible as
often as possible.

There was a Republican breakfast this past Saturday in Lexington that may
be what you heard about. Rand was there but was not a speaker. You didn't
miss anything.
