I am use a professional bulk mailing company in my election campaign.
(You rejected me as a Libertarian Party Candidate, but I am still a
candidate in the United States Chess Federation election).

They charge a total of $550 to mail one thousand large sized
postcards. That includes everything, printing of the postcards,
postage at bulk mail rates, carrying them to the post office, etc.

I once went to the General Post Office at Eighth Avenue and 33rd
Street and applied for a bulk mail permit on the second floor. I found
the procedure so complicated that I decided I was better off just
paying somebody to do it.

I will be sending 2,000 postcards next week for starters.
