When trying to predict how humans will react to certain stimuli, we cannot
underestimate the importance of the ENVIRONMENT which they are a part of.

In an environment of constant threats (laws) humans tend to exhibit
self-destructive, anti-social behavior. That is because humans do not react
well to threats psychologically, as I have discussed in previous posts.

In the Prisoner's Dilemma, the participants choose self-destructive behavior
rather than cooperation. Isn't it obvious why? The environment that the State
created pushed these participants to turn on each other rather than help each
other.

The Prisoner's Dilemma only proves how harmful a state-created environment can
be to peace and prosperity.
