Well Bruce, you MIGHT have a point that libertarians shouldn't use a litmus
test to judge a "libertarian" candidate.  And I'll stipulate that there
MIGHT be a libertarian defense of our senseless war(s), albeit I haven't
heard it yet.

But with democrats and republicans falling over each other trying to out war
each other, it MIGHT be the time to give voters an alternative.  An
alternative that is sorely lacking in the mainstream candidates as well as
some libertarian candidates.

And you MIGHT also notice that polls show voters tiring over the
Obama/republican wars.
