This is yet another example of why the US is NOT a free country. However, the GPS location only shows where your CELL PHONE is. Not you. This could be used by someone smart enough to prove they DIDN'T do something, even though they did, because they weren't there at the time! Conversely, it could be argued in court that the location of one's cell phone does not prove where one is therefore is not proof.
