Libertarian Party registration rose in 2009 to 17,920 registered voters in
Florida despite a desperate concerted effort by the C4L and RLC to recruit
Libertarian voters to the Republican Party.
The C4L and RLC effort did cost us over 1,500 registered voters in late
2007 and 2008 but by election day in 2008 we had recovered more than we lost.
In the last 2 years our registration close to 20%.

Duval County (1641) now ranks number 1 replacing Pinellas (1577) who held
the title for 10 years. Orange (1504) is in a close 3rd. Hillsborough
(1,400) is 4th and Palm Beach (1,083) is 5th. 8 Counties lost registration the

largest Brevard lost 10% to the C4L campaign that took the heart out of the
organization. 5 counties remained steady.

The rest increased registration many by 15% or more. Orange County leads
Duval in percentage both over 20%

We still have registered Libertarians in all 67 counties. It took until
2006 to reach that goal. Still Glades and Liberty Counties only have 1 each
and Lafayette has only 2.

We are growing but we still have a lot of work to do.

Vote for and Support Alexander Snitker for the US Senate
and John Wayne Smith for Governor of Florida.
