By now everyone is learning that the plane crashed Feb. 18, 2010, into a
building in Austin, Texas, housing offices of the IRS and FBI, was not
an accident, but a protest against a federal government and its minions
that has grown unbearably oppressive. Regardless of what anyone may
think about the method he chose to protest the income tax on
compensation for labor, or IRS Code Section 1706 that makes it nearly
impossible for contract computer workers to make a living, no one can
say it was just someone trying to avoid paying his fair share. He felt
his position was worth dying for. He may not be the last. How many more
will have to die before people come to realize the income tax on
compensation for labor is unconstitutional, and refuse to file, pay, or
convict those who stand on principle.

Joseph Stack leaves a wife, Sheryl, so he felt it was important enough
to leave her to grieve for him. We need to join in comforting her in
this tragedy, and anyone else who may have suffered death and injury.

Joe Stack, you have made your point, and you will not be forgotten.
