I am against it too. As I've said, "drunk driving" has come to mean an 
arbitrary alcohol level, rather than having anything to do with capacity to 
drive. Some people can drive quite well with .2 alcohol, and some people cannot 
drive safely sober. 

Do not punish people for what they "might" do. Punish people who do harm, or 
are about to do obvious and imminent harm. Deterrence, not pre-emptive 
avoidance, is the way to instill fear of the law into the populace.
