As Governor, Sam Sloan will reduce or eliminate the budget deficit by
reducing the state payroll

The State of New York faces a $9.2 billion dollar deficit this year.
Neither the Governor nor any of the other candidates for election have
any ideas on how to reduce this deficit, except for one candidate who
says that she can achieve this by taxing prostitutes.

Sam Sloan promises to eliminate the deficit by disbanding state
agencies, eliminating rent control, emptying the jails, deporting
incarcerated illegals back to their countries, and eliminating laws
and prosecutions of victimless crimes.

In particular, Sam Sloan will downsize and eventually eliminate the
New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal or DHCR for
short.

This is a state, not a city, agency and by eliminating this agency Sam
Sloan will eliminate the agency that enforces the rent control laws,
thereby effectively nullifying those laws.
