When I stated that there are people who I would like to see arrested, I
meant that there are people who are criminals and who commit crimes on a
daily basis, but due to their political power, influence or position they
are immune from arrest and prosecution.

I will give you an example. In 2004 I established that the Chief Clerk of
the Kings County Board of Elections did not live in Kings County but instead
lives in Queens. As she was voting as a Kings County resident she was
committing a crime.

The head of the division that investigates such crimes concluded that I was
right and after a very thorough investigation lasting months, recommended
that she be prosecuted.

However, she was not prosecuted because the Brooklyn DA and all the judges
in Brooklyn are beholding to her because she controls the election process
and got them all elected. Since she has the effective power to stop them
from being re-elected, they dare not prosecute her.

This is just one of many examples of a person who is immune from
prosecution.
