Here's an idea: Let's enact a Law that punishes anyone who is an Alien and steals property or welfare or medical services. While we're at it, we might try to expand it to include Citizens who do those things. Instead of people who MIGHT do those things, as a Class that includes a few percent who HAVE done those things. Doing it by Class, especially by a Class that has only a few percent of bad actors, means we could lock up all Muslims, or all Rappers, or all SkateBoarders. (Does sound like a good idea, but it is Wrong. Definitely anti-libertarian.)
