libev 2.01 has just been released.

Changes are very minor and mostly administrative/cleanups:
- the ev_path_set call in ev_path_init has been replaced by ev_stat_set.
- libev now has its own Changes file.
- event_compat.h is no longer part of the libev tarball nor used,
it is still used in the libevent+libev tarball.
- the include file resolution algorithm changed (EV_H/EV_EVENT_H).
- the license now explicitly allows dual-use under gpl v2 or later,
and also relicencing to gpl only.
- documentation changes.
