I am pleased to announce libev 3.2.

release highlights include:
- an bug that caused the select backend to malfunction on
64 bit machines with fds > 31 has been fixed (impact was
small, as poll was preferred on posix and win32 doesn't use that code).
- ev_loop will now keep its flags local, that is,
recursive invocations of ev_loop will no longer
reset the NONBLOCK or ONESHOT modes of outer ev_loop calls.
- ev_async_pending has been added (see docs)
- (perl) ev_time and ev_sleep can now be called via the C API.
