Bugfixes include fixing default event loop destruction and avoiding
to leave the event loop to early, which could leads to busy waiting
when
embedding loops.
New features include ev_resume/ev_suspend (whose behaviour is still
somewhat experimental) and the reversed ordering of timer callback
invocations (before, when multiple timers became ready during the
same event loop iteration they were invoked in reverse order of their
timeouts).
