Hmm, it definitely goes away with LIBEV_FLAGS=1048576 - it's the inotify
descriptor that is keeping it busy.
Anyways, thanks for the very good testcase, the inotify problem will be
fixed in the next release, and I assume that is the only problem lurking
here.
