Ok, this seems to be too much of a C++0x extension to ask for, especially
for an undocumented identifier. I changed the definition in CVS to be
hopefully compatible with C++ 2003.

Wow, thats a pretty suprising compiler bug, at least if it triggers in
the general case and not just in this one (it seems C++ 2003 doesn't
properly support curiously recurrent template patterns then, which is
quite commonly used).

There is likely no workaround possible for this either.
