Dear Marc,
There was another short patch, to chang feed_event in ev++.h line 516 to
use static_cast<ev_watcher*>, removing the const qualifier. Without that
the code compiles, but with const gcc produces an error.

I only fiantly remember, but I don't quite see the bug in the code that
your change fixes, and I don't think I ever received feedback from you on
that.
