Hi - sorry to  have not replied sooner.

Libevent version 2.0.3 alpha, latest mingw-w64 version. I had to patch a fix to libevent, but they have since fixed it from what they tell me, so it should work now.

If you need memcached on win64, got to http://labs.northscale.com
