[Libevent-users] about libevent versions

Hi, all:

         I made a piece of software with libevent a long time ago, but now
I forget the library version I used. N.ow I want to modify the source code
and re-compile it I used ldd  over the executable to check the version, and
it shows:

         libevent-1.4.so.2

so, which version should I install?
