changes since the last release: - a solaris port-based backend has been added. - more configurability for win32 platforms. - some of minor portability fixes have been applied. - minor doc updates. - embedding (including autoconf embedding) options have been cleaned up and tested in a number of embedding situations. As the interest from the libevent maintainers seems to have dried out, I decided to maintain libev as a separate package from libevent (but still embedding it into libevent proper for releases).
