I forgot to tag release 1.3; I tagged 1.3a and also 1.3b I just
released. You could just download the different versions from
http://www.monkey.org/~provos/libevent/ to see what made it into each
version.
trunk is new stuff that might not be stable enough for a release yet;
patches are branches for each release that allow me to manually
integrate changes or small fixes.
