Not that I'm aware of. Virt-v2v just copies the entire disks -- with a lot of work to make sure it only looks at the parts of the disks which are non-sparse and contain data. It doesn't look at the guest at the partition or filesystem level (unlike virt-alignment-scan and virt-resize) and so the question doesn't really make any sense. Is there a particular problem you found?
